Returns

Please note all items returned to us must be delivered back to us within 14 days of purchase, in original condition with tags still in tact.

Items returned with the tags removed or smelling of fragrances such as perfume will not be accepted

Due to hygiene reasons swimwear can not be returned.

If you are not sure on how a certain items fits , we are happy to provide measurements on request to prevent the possibility of a return.

In the event of a exchange the item

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • Items must not be returned smelling of smoke, body odour or aftershave.
  • Items being returned must use a recorded delivery service, we are not liable
  • If you have not put in the correct address at checkout we will not be held liable if the parcel is then lost. 
  •  if your items get lost on route back to us and consequently no credit note or exchange will be given.
  • Items can’t be returned back if they were purchased with a credit note on a previous return.
Cancelling Order


If you make an order & ask us to cancel before being dispatched, you will be charged 10% of the order value, since we still incur card processing fees.


Faulty Item

If your item is received faulty, please contact us immediately quoting your name ,address, and order details. You have 14 days from reporting of the faulty item to return it to us.

If you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately quoting your name ,address, and order details. You have 14 days from purchase to return the item to us.
